Our top priority is always the health of our dogs and puppies. Our adult dogs are all kept in a warm, clean environment for the night and have a large acreage to play and run during the day. We value time spent with our dogs and since we do not work outside of the farm our dogs receive an abundance of attention daily.
Our puppies are handled, cuddled and loved from day one. We believe its important for them to feel human love and touch at an early age. We introduce the kennel to them at 4 weeks, we place the kennel in their area with the door open and they are free to explore. They are not forced in and it doesn’t take long before they willing go into their kennel for naps. Between 6 and 7 weeks we start kennel training for the night, we start with 4 hours, then we let them out. We gradually work our way up so that when they leave at 8 weeks they are used to being in their kennel for 5.5-6 hours during the night, potty break and then back to bed for 2 more hours.
Their nails get clipped weekly, they will dewormed 3 times, first set of vaccinations and vet check.
